Break barriers in the justice system.

Every member of the court, including judges, jurors, defendants, attorneys, and witnesses, relies on clear communication to ensure arguments are heard and testimonies are fully understood. Standard masks can have an impact on a trial’s outcome, putting hearings and depositions at risk of miscommunication and mistrials.

The ClearMask™ Transparent Surgical Masks provide clear communication and safety to everyone, while ensuring increased efficiency and accuracy in the courtroom. Recommended & used by the U.S. District Court: Central District of California, Supreme Court of Florida, Supreme Court of New Jersey, and many more.

“Mask Up for Justice! is raising funds to provide supplies to Georgia’s courthouses for the resumption of jury trials and safe operation of courthouses during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of April 12, 2021, a total of 9,395 ClearMask™ transparent masks have been distributed to Georgia courts. Transparent masks not only help jurors, in particular, feel safe reporting for duty, but also help all trial participants — judges, lawyers, witnesses and jurors — communicate, hear testimony and see facial expressions more clearly. These masks play an important role in helping in-person trials run as normally as possible during this challenging time.”
